Very early coupe Reg Oct 1996 ( month and year of launch ). Bought the car in 2019 with low mileage (99000) as a running resto project. No history came with the car. So what has been addressed so far : 1 ) A new headlining, battery and tyres fitted. 2) All speed sensors have been replaced along with the ABS wiring looms. 3) Metal flexible brake pipes replaced and brakes and handbrake serviced. 4 ) The thermostat and housing replaced along with new coolant. 5) The front sills on both sides repaired in 2020 by a local body shop and the front wings were also replaced at this time. 6) The complete rear sills, on both sides were replaced for the 2024 MOT by a professional welder/restorer, and repainted. Both were seats out carpets back jobs. 7) Subframes and metal suspension bits treated with rust converter. 8) A new exhaust has also been fitted recently, front is standard, back is Adamesh straight through. The car has been serviced twice in the last 5 years with 2 additional oil changes. The alloys and tyres all good, and leather seats are in vg condition reflecting the low mileage. Receipts for the work detailed above are available. Things still to be done : Although the rear wheel arches look ok ( see pictures ) they will need proper attention in the future and the AC needs restored to working condition. My personal situation has changed and the car needs a new owner. Most of the common issues with these cars have been corrected. Thousands spent. Purchase includes valuable private number plate and some spares.Ive recently reduced the price by over 1500 pounds so treating this as a trade sale. Just Mot'd , next due June 2026.
