2004 MG TF 160 in Trophy Blue Pearlescent paint. This is a reliable daily driver that is an absolute joy to drive on your favourite winding Cumbrian road. Car was specified from the factory with the optional bright pack, front fog lights and blue soft top (no cost alternative option). This car has the original and correct Daytona interior in black. It has a Sony CD radio and everything is in good order. There are no rips or tears in the seats or the door cards and everything is nice and clean and odour free. The car benefits from a matching Trophy Blue hard top which has been recently refitted with a new black Alcantara roof lining. The car has a full documented ownership history, service history and records of maintenance carried out etc. This car is in excellent condition for its age. There are some scratches and blemishes in the paint, but overall it looks lovely. And the wheels are in very good condition. The Rover K-series 1.8L VVC engine runs like a dream, and the handling of this mid-engine beauty is outstanding. Work performed in the past year includes: New Tyres all around - Toyo Proxes TR1 The following items were replaced in the front suspension/steering: -Steering rack and both steering ends -Lower control arms and ball joints -Both dampers -Anti-roll bar links and bushings -Both wheel hubs -Upper control arms -ABS sensors and mounting adapters were replaced (Old ones could not be removed undamaged). -Most removed fasteners were replaced with new. -Wheel alignment performed Replaced the alternator drive belt and installed upgraded tensioner. Installed new battery. Two years ago complete head refurbishment, head gasket replacement, cam belt replacement, cooling system flush were performed. A full set of new winter tyres on wheels with covered storage rack are included in the sale. A half cover is included - perfect for protecting the soft top from seagulls.
