Description

Audi TT Quattro Sport 240 The body work is very well presented no dents, dings or scuff marks complemented by the interior which is also very good with replacement alcantara coverings on the steering wheel and handbrake. As can be seen from the photographs the LED panel is not pixelated and there is a phone cradle that was designed for the car and is hardly noticeable when the phone is not present. On everyday items: recent brake pads, new battery, cambelt change, service and MoT. The car is ULEZ compliant. The following is a list of upgrades to this car carried out by APS: Suspension & Brakes - H&R 25mm lowered springs - new set in April 2025 - Poly bushes - R32 anti roll bars - AP Racing 2-piece front discs - Brembo Junior GT brake callipers - 3mm wheel spacers on front wheels Engine and Clutch - Sachs sintered clutch - Single mass lightened flywheel - KKK 26 Turbo (not identical, but similar specification to the RS2's turbo charger) - H section connecting rods, and - a big list of stuff, see magazine article image for this car's full engine spec - Milltek Exhaust Seats No Recaro Pole Position seats. However, don't let the uninformed sway you, unless you are buying for track use only, you don't need them and worse still after 30 mile of driving of UK roads you would wish you didn't have them and had the standard seats as fitted to this car. What is this car like to drive? As might be expected, the road handling is a significant upgrade when compared to a stock Audi TT Quattro Sport 240, it has real turn in bight and on dry roads and really does corner like it is on rails, where the suspension is not so firm as to crash over bumps. The Brembo Junior GT brakes are also a significant upgrade over the stock items. My view on the car's performance is that it feels like a 300hp+ car (the magazine articles for this car claim 350hp). The last point is the Milltek fitted to this car is fairly noisy. Price No disrespect to those of you that like to haggle, the price advertised is the price your will pay. The price accounts for the need to replace the tyres as noted in the MoT, they have aged. The brake waning sensor broken by the garage replacing the brake pads has also been replaced.
