For Sale : 2014 Mazda 6 2.2d ULEZ compliant 12 months MOT 20 tax Lots of work carried out Reason for selling : I've owned this car since 2019 but changed this one big saloon car when it broke down for two hatchbacks and now it's fixed, decided to keep hatchbacks. Works which have been carried out : New oil pump strainer (reason the car went out of use and bought other cars) New injector seals (common failure on these engines apparently). New front tyres (had about 400 miles just before coming off road). Rears are just as good. New brake discs and pads all round. (Again, only had about 400 miles before being parked up). New vacuum pump. (About a month ago) New battery. (About a month ago) New belt. (Just before being parked up) Always serviced with correct ACEA3 engine oil. Only two former owners. Previous owner apparently had it as a company car, then bought it from the company so actually only really one owner before me. Majority of miles have been covered on motorways - previous owner said they were doing high mileage commuting to work and back, and I used it 50 miles a day between Greater London and Surrey. Also toured Europe in it, down through France, across Belgium, as well as all round the UK. Probably good use has helped it never have any DPF issues! Only things I'm aware of are the surface corrosion beneath the car on suspension and discs, and the paint / cosmetics could be better. According to the MOT tester, it's a good car, and the advisories are common on cars which have sat still for a long time. The discs will clean up with use and didn't effect any efficiency, most likely because they were changed just before parking up! And the paint / cosmetics could be better, so don't worry expect a mint condition car. It's over 10 years old now, and it's done pretty much 136,000 miles, so don't expect it to be a new car! Never had any body work or damage that I'm aware of though, which is good. The car not taxed or insured, as it is not in use, and I am a private seller, not a dealership. No warranty sold with car, as I am a private seller and not a dealer, but it has just been MOT'd in Brentford if you wanted an independent opinion.
