Hi, up for sale, is my lovely little MX5. I'm only selling this car as it hurts my knee to operate the clutch these days, and as such, it's not really getting used. My other car is an automatic, and I tend to take it everywhere. This car is low mileage and in pretty good condition, although not immaculate. This car benefits from having brand new front brake discs and a brand new nearside caliper as the old one was binding through lack of use, this cost nearly 400 pounds. All 4 tyres are in good condition, 2 of which are nearly new. All 4 wheels are in good condition with no kerbing. The car has been serviced regularly, although I'm not sure that it has a fully documented, full service history, I can only go on the paperwork i have in my possession. Now for the bad stuff. There is some visible stone chipping on the bonnet and front wings. There are a couple of little scratches that have been touched up by the previous owner, and not particularly well. The drivers seat has two stitches in the red highlight stitching that have been pulled somehow. The sat nav screen has some weird looking crystalline formations in two of the corners, although this does not affect the functionality of the screen, it is worth noting. These cars are fetching up to 13k for an immaculate car and although this car is in pretty good condition, the advertised price is reflective of the issues highlighted. I have loved owning this car, it's great fun to drive, the handling is sharp and accurate, it looks lovely in arguably the best colour combination, and the roof goes up or down in only a few seconds. Although I am open to serious, near offers, I won't be entertaining silly offers. I know what the car is worth, and I'm not in a huge rush to sell. This car has been my summer toy, it has been kept under a car port, and has only covered around 5000 miles in my ownership.
