2006 Freelander 2 HSE i6. ULEZ, 1 former keeper, 107k. Stornoway grey, grey leather, light birch wood trim, privacy glass, double sunroof, heated front electric seats (driver's with memory function), roof rack, DVD player, low mileage, interior very good condition especially rear. Solid Volvo 3.2 injected inline 6-cylinder engine. FL2s were produced in the Halewood factory with superior quality & reliability than other contemporaneous LR (eg Disco 3) hence my decision to buy one. V5 in my name. Shows 2 former keepers - the first was a company the second was a director of that company, so the car was in the same ownership from new in 2006 until I bought it in 2017. Unfortunately our local garage lost the service book, but the car has been lightly used recently and regularly maintained and comes with some though not all receipts of recent maintenance and work done totaling ~4k including: full service on 9th June 2025 at GBP530, recent replacement battery, alternator, starter motor, timing chain and tyres. MOT until end-November 2025. Minor negatives, commensurate with age & price: - Offside mirror casing slightly damaged, mirror still functions - Couple of minor bodywork dings - Driver's armrest showing some wear - Mirror auto-dipping seems to have gone awry, think an easy electric fix but I haven't investigated and one rear window motor works intermittently. I can chuck in a Hapro roof box with bespoke bags if of interest, worth about 400ish (see photo). Excellent car, very comfy, unshowy, fast, practical, sorry to see it go.
