HPI checked & RECORDED CAT N (non structural) August 2021. I cannot see any damage, or signs of repair. NOISY ENGINE. I am not sure of the early history of the car but I have had a turbo failure within the last 200 miles. The garage diagnosed turbo failure, suspected engine problem. May 2025 I had a used turbo fitted. I had the engine inspected at the same time. The garage advised that the engine oil is contaminated, it could have resulted in bad damage inside the engine, hence the noisy engine. Possibly CAT N due to this as if Kia fitted a new engine & turbo it could possibly cost a lot more than its used value which would make it an uneconomical repair. Worst case scenario, second hand engine?, a decent mechanic may be able to fix the original engine? It IS running & driving but sounds like it needs attention. PLEASE COME & INSPECT IT & DRIVE IT. I am selling it as SPARES OR REPAIR, NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER with the understanding that, the engine, although running & driving, IS faulty & may need replacing - hence the low start price.
