I have owned this great car since October 2013 and will be sorry to see it go, but needs must, and I am simply not using it enough to justify keeping it. Possibly getting too old as well! When I purchased the car in October 2013 it had only done 16,000 miles. The gentleman I bought the car from provided the receipt showing that he had bought it privately in Southampton in April 2008 with 12,850 miles on the clock. That second owner had bought it from Mercedes Pentagon in Southampton around July 2004 with about 3,000 miles on the clock - presumably the car having been used as a demonstrator. In total then four owners including the supplying Mercedes dealer. All MOTs from new are available for inspection. The car has just had a minor A service with Poly v belt replacement and has a full service history with independent Mercedes specialists. The consumer battery in the boot was replaced on the 22nd April 2024 and is under warranty.
