Description

Hello, Thanks for taking a look at this advert. The main reason for the sale is that it is no longer suitable for us with a 3 year old and as such we bought a bigger car and no longer need this. I have owned this car for over 12 years I believe and it has never let me down. It does not come with a service history because I have done them all my self every couple of years or 8000 miles, which ever came first for the basics like oil, filters and plugs etc. When I have needed to buy parts like brakes, lower arms or the serviceable bit I always go for the reputable brands like Bosch, lemforder and Castral for example. The car has great tyres all round, 'Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance'. The car will come with - 3 keys - MOT History - HPI Check Print Out (I have spare RAC HPI credits so used one on this car for the buyer) - Haynes Manual - Full size spare wheel - Roof Bars; The roof bars have been custom fitted to this car and have been so handy for travels with a box, Bike and going to B&Q. **Issues to note** The car does have these issues which is why the car is priced low. - The AC works but has a gas leak somewhere so it has no refrigerant. I did try getting it re gassed years ago by Kwik fit but then it was all gone a few days later and I never bothered sorting it out because I don't much like AC anyway. - The Catalytic Converter is not running efficiently and as a result the engine management light is on. Using a EOBD code reader machine I get the fault code 'P0420' which tells me 'Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)'. As a result of this I had originally planed to replace the Catalytic Converter and have even purchased one that is included in the sale. Sadly I have not found the time to fit this and with many other things going on its easier for me to sell at a lower price with the part in hopes that someone interested would be happy to put the work in to change it over or a garage. -Number Plates. They have so far been an advisory on MOT's but at some point they will need to be replaced I imagine. Some other age related bits here and there as to be expected. I believe that is everything to make you aware of upfront. Many Thanks
