2000 1.8T GTI 2 owners from new, I purchased in 2020 @ 108,000 miles. 121,000 miles Full Service History, with a stack full of receipts. MOT due 28/08/25 Reluctant sale due to lack of use (only 500ish miles since last MOT). Very well looked after Mk4 Golf. New clutch, flywheel, top mounts, drop links and front discs and pads @ approx 118,000 miles in late 23. More recently, a new rear caliper and full brake bleed carried out in May. Wheels refurbished in May 24 with decent tyres around. Cam belt changed in 2020 @ 108,000 miles. Recaro interior in relatively good condition, was all removed and wet vac'd in December. Usual bolster wear to driver seat, with the usual sagging headliner and door cards. Bodywork shines and looks good from a distance, however has marks as expected of age and some thin paint on the passenger door. Recent new rear door seal to rectify an intermittent water leak, could probably also benefit from a sunroof seal replacement in the future as this is old and perished. Car is currently stored in garage. Car is completely standard. Always starts first time and despite the lack of use, drives well. Recently used for a couple of weeks to keep it ticking over and get the brakes sorted. Happy to accept offers as It would be due an oil service and MOT in August.
