Description
Reluctantly selling my 3.2v6 Q-Tronic. This was to be my second 'keeper' but alas circumstances suggest having 3 cars to myself is just not feasible!
I've owned multiple Alfa Romeos (147, 156, 159SW, and - briefly - the latest iteration of the Giulietta) and fully intended to keep the Brera - my daughter is slaughtering me for selling it!!
It's a 2009, v6 Q-Tronic with 70,000 miles (just ticked over and will increase). In last couple of years I have:
- New rear springs (Eibach Red)
- New rear shocks
- Uprated front discs (grooved) with braided hoses
- New Alternator
- New coolant hoses (partial)
- Replaced Wing Mirror Glass (heated)
Has 4 good tyres (Yokohama) with plenty of tread left on - these were new in 2023 and, with owning other cars, really haven't covered many miles.
Car deserves to be used more - gets admiring looks and quite a few comments.
Sits on the 19" ProDrive alloys, interior is very good, paintwork is good with usual age related scratches - polishes up lovely and is remarked upon pretty much every time I take her out.
Since I've had it she has, mostly, been maintained by IntaServices - Italian/Alfa specialist in Leicester. While I cannot run to a 'buy back' clause I would look 'first dibs' if the new owner looks to pass it on again later. (Did say it was a reluctant sale. haha)
Wheels aren't bad though could do with TLC and the nose/boot badges are 16yrs faded - I have monochrome ones to replace them with.
The exhaust (centre section) has a slight blow - it was patched at the last MoT and my intention was to replace this (mild steel - c200) this year.
