Private sale, there have been 3 owners however one was my wife when i changed jobs and the position came with a company car. We are only selling due to any other company car option. I've changed to normal tyres not run flats as run flats tyres can't be puncher repaired. There is a scratch on the passenger side door ( picture attached) the price reflects this. Between myself and my wife we have owned this car for 4 years and found it an excellent fun to drive family car. It has been always been reliable as you would expect from BMW.
