This is the rarer 1.5 diesel auto Blue Efficiency model. The way I understand it, Mercedes designed the Blue Efficiency models to incorporate modern engine and style design characteristics to improve aerodynamics, fuel economy and efficiency. It has Auto Stop/ Start when in traffic queues for instance. This is my wife's car. She bought this at the beginning of December 2024 having driven a Vauxhall Mokka for 5 years . She works a lot of hours and she found the manual gearbox of the Mokka rather tedious when she was very tired. She bought this Mercedes as it was an automatic diesel which can do over 60 m.p.g. with annual road tax only 20 pounds. So less visits to the fuel station and better for the environment due to the low emissions. However, she has missed driving the Mokka so I have found her an automatic petrol 1.4 turbo Mokka which is nearly ready for collection. This Mercedes is, in my opinion, in very good condition, inside and out. As you would expect there are some minor scratches and minor marks for a car of this age. Performance of the engine is good in my opinion. There is a distanc warning light that illuminates if you are a little close to the vehicle in front. Front and rear parking sensors, auto lights. There is a nice cd and radio with a central display screen. The sat nav works but I prefer Google maps myself. The air-con is icy cold. The car has been well looked after . The car has been serviced as follows: 14,798, 25,058, 34,348, 42,546, 48,171. It passed its MOT on 27th October 2023 at 58,446 with no advisories. In October 24 it went straight through it's MOT with no advisories. The last seven MOT's on the DVLA website are really good and tells me that this is a good car. The boot space is very good for a car of this size. Recently, we had the cambelt and water pump changed at 64k miles We have just had it fully serviced with all oil and all filters changed. All fluids were renewed and Diesel Magic added to the engine to improve the efficiency and help clean the engine. Having only travelled just over 70,000 miles my wife is still using it daily to go to and from work so the mileage will go up a bit. I am confident it will serve the next owner well.
