Welcome to this listing for our Mercedes 200 SLK convertible in metallic silver with cream leather interior. Purchased a year ago mainly for my partner's use, it's now hardly used as it's not suitable for family child minding duties, so we have purchased an estate car, hence it's now for sale. It's in generally good order, drives well and has just passed a new MOT. This is a private sale of our car, but it may be possible to take a part-exchange as we have a motor trade business. The car is well specified with fully functioning metal opening roof, cream leather trim, 6 speed manual gearbox, air conditioning, cruise control, parking sensors front and rear, alloy wheels with good tyres all round. The body condition is generally very good, there are some minor chips and flaws that have been touched in, but that doesn't detract from the overall appearance. The interior is very good, unmarked and clean. No sign of it having been smoked in. Couple of points to mention, the car has 2 remote controls for the central locking etc, both of which had new batteries fitted but no longer work - think they may need recoding, it's booked in for that to be sorted. Occasionally, the engine light comes on but goes off again of its own accord, doesn't affect the car's running and it's apparently a common issue with this model. The radio reception is very poor, works fine with the phone for podcasts etc and the CD and handsfree work. Priced sensibly and open to reasonable offers.
