Reluctantly selling my defender. This is surplus to requirements and I have used it as a spare car. Very reliable. Low mileage. A fabricated steel chassis, this will go on and on. If I had the time, I would have made it better looking in certain areas such as the interior seats et cetera. There is a tear in one of them which I have taken a picture of. There is only one niggle which is a door which needs a shunt, no biggy. Slight bit of rust on the rear door which still works perfectly fine. Oh, the rear windscreen wiper doesn't work and I didn't get round to re ordering a new motor for it. Anyone who knows defenders knows that there is the odd squeak or niggle which gives it a character! Lots of service history. I recently replaced the fuel pump. Interestingly enough, I purchased this off a guy who is a car journalist and there is lots about him on the Internet. He knows his stuff and this gave me confidence when I bought it off him.
