Description

2008 Mercedes Benz C180 Kompressor Very low mileage 4 former keepers Well maintained (FSH) MOT until late September 2 keys Reluctant sale, I anticipated running this car until it or I died. Unfortunately it won't tow the massive caravan I've just bought and needs to go. This car has got YEARS left in it. 77500 on the clock, serviced every year and no expense spared on the maintenance. It runs like a singer and is easily the comfiest sub 10k car I've ever owned. Aesthetically, the condition is what I would call good. The paint is in great condition, however it is 17 years old and has the evidence to prove that - stone chips, light scratches and a couple of small dents. The wheels have suffered the dreaded lacquer peel, and have scuffs. It is 17 years old. The worst damage is photographed for you to see. The rear wheel arch is folded slightly due to the previous owner dropping it off the jack. I've owned it 2 years, it has never bothered me. I was quoted 220 to fix it, and I am reflecting this in the price, as the previous owner did for me. Other things to note (again photographed) are a convex dent no bigger than a pencil rubber on the rear bumper, flaking paint and a scuff to the rear bumper and paint peel on the rear offside door handle. One thing I haven't photographed is a very small mark on the internal door pull which looks to have been caused by a cigarette or similar, but honestly you can't really see it. All electronics work as they should. The stereo is quite good quality, as are the speakers. Cruise control is fully functional, it has auto headlights which work. Electric adjustable wing mirrors which work. Anti glare rear view mirror works. The car has just last week had both track rod ends done and wheel alignment as a pre-mot inspection marked these as a potential fail for September. In January the car had a full machine polish, wax and ceramic coating. The interior is to be wet vacuumed on Saturday morning. It is a great solid car, it is ready to jump into with no issues presenting. I have driven to and from my business in the car every day for almost 2 years, granted covering few miles, but have had no issues. I don't really believe in spending monthly on cars, I just like them cost effective, safe, and reliable.
