Only selling this car because I needed something more powerful to tow a caravan. I've had this Vauxhall Astra 1.4 Turbo SRI for just over six months, and before me, it had one owner from new who mainly used it for motorway miles. It's been extremely well looked after throughout its life, with a full service history and no mechanical issues. The car drives beautifully, it's smooth and surprisingly quick for a 1.4 turbo. I had a full service and oil change carried out on 30th June 2025, and the MOT is valid until November 2025. Inside, the condition is fantastic. The seats, dash, and controls are all in pristine condition, and the car is fitted with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which makes it easy to connect your phone for maps, calls, music, and more. It's also equipped with cruise control, electric windows all around, central locking, an alarm and immobiliser, a multifunction steering wheel, and automatic headlights. Everything works exactly as it should, and there's a great spec for comfort and convenience. One pressure sensor on the rear passenger tire is not working. Annoyingly, this is a common issue with these cars, but it isn't really an issue! The bodywork is in excellent condition with only a couple of very small age-related marks, barely noticeable. This car is a Category N, but it's important to note that this was due to it being stolen and recovered within the first week of the previous owner purchasing it. It was not involved in any accident and has never had any structural damage. The Cat N status was applied simply because of the theft, not due to any crash or repair. It has had zero impact on the insurance and there have been no issues whatsoever in the time I've owned it. Overall, it's a fantastic car that's been well cared for and drives perfectly. Only selling because I've had to upgrade to something with more towing power. It's ready to drive away and will make a reliable, economical, and tech-packed car for its next owner.
