Honda Civic Type R EP3 - 81k After viewing several, I settled on this low mileage, clean and unabused example based on its condition and the fact that the previous mature owner loved and maintained it for 8 years. With only 4 previous owners, this appreciating classic drives exactly as it should with the engine, gearbox and suspension feeling tight and precise. I have had the tracking done and replaced a tie rod end meaning the car has no odd noises coming from anywhere! From a rust perspective and as outlined in the photos, the car is clean all around with minimal rust underneath. The car benefits from 8 service stamps with the last service completed in Feb 25. I also have a list of receipts which detail its upkeep that includes a new service belt that was fitted recently. HPI clear with good body work for its age and a very clean interior. The car is completely standard and has never been modified with the exemption of a AEM V2 intake however, I have the standard airbox if that's your preference. I purchased the car as a second vehicle as I have a BMW X5 as a family car however, we're a family of 5 with 3 children and as I work from home, I rarely get to drive the Type R hence selling.
