The seats are in excellent condition, with no major wear or damage, and still look very smart. The interior is tidy overall, though the driver's front door card could benefit from replacement (a common issue on these and easy to find as a cheap eBay part). The headlining has slight sagging (very common on Mk5s), but still presentable. Drives very well - smooth engine and gearbox, no warning lights. Recent maintenance: - New MOT with advisories only on minor suspension bushes - Serviced in March 2025 (plus spark plugs, air , fuel filter and cabin filter.) - Timing chain engine (no belt to change) Known points: - Some cosmetic marks and age-related scuffs - Slight headliner sag - Driver's door card worn (easy replacement) Reason for sale: Simply doesn't suit our family as a second car, we all prefer an automatic, and some passengers feel travel sickness in manuals.
