Description
We've had this Previa since 2009 and it has been (and still is) a great car!
OK it's a bit bumped and battered in places, but it's just cosmetic. It really does drive, respond and handle like a new car.
It is a 7 seater and 5 of those seats can be folded, tilted or removed altogether allowing you to convert seating space to luggage/cargo space. This alone makes the Previa a very versatile vehicle (see the pictures).
This one is auto and if you have never experienced the pleasure of a Toyota auto box, you are in for a treat. Think zero lag. This means you're away from junctions like a whippet, not stuck with your foot on the gas going nowhere as the oncoming traffic approaches.
This vehicle has a manual tilt sunroof with interior visor. But it also has an electric sliding moonroof. All fully functional. Electric windows all round and privacy glass too. One of the biggest selling points for us was the twin sliding rear doors, allowing easy-access in those tight car-parks.
What's wrong with this one? Well, a few things but all fixable if you want to spend the money. If you don't, you don't need to because they're not showstoppers:-
Bodywork: A few dents and scratches... it's a 23year old car.
Aircon: Currently broken - diagnosed as the pump. Easily replaced.
Oil light: This is the sensor only - there are no oil issues on the vehicle at all.
The vehicle does not have an official complete service history (although it does have some stamps). But it IS fully serviced every year and we have receipts.
Reason for sale? The kids. They've only gone and grown up! So we now have a camper van and a runabout which they drive. So, sadly, our beloved family Previa must go. Whoever gets it (for, let's face it, a bargain price) will have many years of faithful service.
