Description

Land-rover Defender TD5 van back in Caledonia blue with a white roof. The truck is in very good condition and doesn't need any repairs. The vehicle has had 2 owners including myself with a full service history from the same garage. This vehicle needs a new owner that doesn't need to worry doing any major repairs or modifications. Reason for selling is I want to use some of the money towards a deposit on a house after leaving the British Army. If you're looking for a good quality TD5 van back, look no further! Please feel free to contact me any time to find out more, I am always happy chat :) I've been the owner of this TD5 for 4-5 years. Upgrades to the Land-rover as follows: Front LED Lights Smoked front and rear lights New and improved Antenna New Bluetooth radio Improved speakers Official Defender rubber floor mats Hands free New improved dashboard Aluminum boot trimming Boot door stabilizer/ holding device Original defender third seat Original defender steering wheel (very rare) The paint looks fantastic and has been reworked. It's in great condition however there are some imperfections, please reference the photographs to see the wear and tear to the paint work. Major repairs during my ownership: Before bought. The rear half of the chassis was repaired/maintained. Details are as follows: The rear half of the chassis was rusted and in need of replacement. The original chassis was cut in half and a new galvanized chassis was welded to the rear half of the original. The front half of the chais was in good condition and did not need replacement. This was then powder coated and painted. This was all completed officially by specialist land-rover garage and would be considered the same as a whole new chassis. The cylinder head of the engine has been replaced and been given the official Land-rover TD5 upgrade. This is a common issue with the 2003 TD5, as this upgrade has been completed it is no longer a concern for you. As said previously please feel free to give me a call anytime, I'm happy to help with any of your questions or even just a chat :)
