Description
Yes it's a bit battered, but it goes great, can carry loads of gear, will pull a trailer and still regularly returns over 40mpg. The mileage is high but these these engines go on and on. I use it everyday so the mileage will go up until sold.
It has been regularly serviced, my local garage has all the records for past few years, the rest are in the book. A new battery this last January. All brake discs and callipers replaced 2 years ago.
It drives really well, I mean in ultimate quiet comfort. The 3 litre V6 diesel really pulls well when you want it to.
It has Bluetooth connected phone, Android or Apple, with buttons on the wheel.
Electric adjustable seats with 3 memory positions, electric steering wheel and mirror adjustment. Heated front seats.
Load cover with integral dog netting.
Smoke free and pet free, it doesn't smell bad.
Built-in secret multi CD changer, a lovely old-school touch.
A DVD player, either play videos or load thousands of mp3 tracks onto one disc.
Jack connector for MP3 player.
The sound system is fantastic quality and goes loud.
I was in a haste to take the photos, it would have looked much better if I'd washed it first.
That small vinyl sticker will be easily removed with a hair dryer, it's not glued on.
The bad bits..
Roof is damaged, a roof tile was blown of my roof and landed on it.
That nasty dent. Last month I Jack-knifed my trailer after forgetting it was hitched. It looks bad but is cosmetic-only.
One (or more) glow plugs are gone, according to the indication on dash.
The in built satnav system doesn't work, the DVD player in the boot must be faulty.
The aircon needs re-gassing, it worked perfectly until last week when I returned from being away for 3 weeks.
The tailgate struts are slightly tired, they lift it high but not full height, if you push it the last bit they'll hold it there fine.
