Description

I've had the car from new. It still looks very good and there's nothing I know of that's broken or faulty. The inside is extremely clean and the engine and automatic gear box are very smooth - it's a pleasure to drive. There's no SatNav (I prefer Google Maps) and, obviously, nothing like Android Auto, but you can play media from SD cards or link your phone and take/make calls and use it to play media. There is voice control for some functions, but I've never used it. There's a short cable in the central storage box that I believe is intended for iPhones or iPods, but I've always been Android, so, again, have never used it. The exterior has a couple of minor scrapes - a scuff on the nearside rear wheel arch and an almost invisible vertical mark on the rear bumper, but is otherwise very clean. As you would expect, though, after nearly 70k miles, there are a few stone chips, mostly on the bonnet, between 1 and 3mm in size. The front nearside alloy is showing a little "bubbling" on the inside rim. Tyres are legal, but three of them are on the low side. Full disclosure: about 6 years ago the car was shunted from behind at very low speed (while parked). The damage was restricted to the rear bumper and the subsequent insurance repair has always looked "as new". Options added when we bought the car include: - Comfort package (parking sensors, cruise control, auto high-beam and auto rear-view mirror dimming) - Storage package (basically some handy nets and hooks) - Larger boot (replaces the spare wheel with a "tyre mobility kit") - Non-smoking package (replaces ashtray and lighter with a storage compartment and 12V socket) - Audi hill-hold assist - LED interior light package (adds LED illumination in various parts of the interior) Car comes with: - two keys - a locking wheel nut socket - a USB charger (plugged into a 12V outlet) - a (Halfords) spare bulb kit - Manual - The original brochure (a good description of all it's features) - FSH (Audi run an online system, so no service log, but we have the invoices from main dealers with mileage, dates etc.) In view of the scuff on the rear wheel arch I've pitched the price a couple of hundred below Autotrader's recommendation, so I think I'm asking a fair price, but I'm happy to discuss reasonable offers.
