This Porsche was bought several years ago as 21st birthday gift for my son as a project for us to do, I had one back in the day and wanted him feel that emotion of driving a porsche.. however , now its all done to show standard with many upgrades he wants a house.!. So up for sale it goes...hmmm!! Kids eh.!. Anyway, about the car..... Its 87model, done just over 142k miles, finished in guards red.. m.o.t untill next march. What was done, added, upgraded etc.. Bodywork..full glass out respray , all rust removed, both sills addressed, vented nose fitted, 911sc stonechip guards adhered. Not to everybodys taste but i think adds to the final look... Interior.. I located some sports seats, drove 800miles round trip fetch them, both electric and working, in great condition and match the rears.. have had small repair on bolster but not noticable and can be forgiven for this as they are origional and nearly 40 years old.. New head lining, pioneer head unit and 4x JBL custom fit speakers.. Also red seat belts fitted, again because we liked the look, so all in all a lovely place to be.. Wheels are D90 ..8J front, 9J rear with red edging, unmarked,... quite a rare set, with brand new staggered uniroyal tires .. Suspension .. has been lowered all around about 25mm with spax lowering springs on front, hubcentric nut on rear, 3mm spacer so has a nice stance now and not to aggressive.. Engine.. when acquired all belts, service and fluids were done.. recently had new oil cooler, hoses and oil, sounds great with good oil pressure..exhaust has fitted twin tailpipe as preferred over large oval.. Brakes.. drilled discs x4 with new pads, looks good looking through the wheel. Other additions are porsche script handles and windscreen sunshade, red mats, valve caps. Has some service history and reciepts for work done, but mostly done by myself and son along with old school painter and mechanic. The budget went by the way few years ago, if you ever done a project ya will understand, but all done now and ready for Sunday shows . Please no best price matey questions or picky purists as standard car its not..! But showpiece ready for new custodian. Post script.. upon advertising with autotrader car came up in advert as cat d.. I was unaware and told claim was 25yrs ago.. did notice wing was odd colour when painting, all sorted now though whatever.!
