Immaculate beautiful black SL500 with the glorious sounding updated 5.5L V8 engine. Properly sorted over the last year at a top independent Mercedes specialist. Over 5k spent in last 18 months bringing this highly specced car back to life having spent a couple of years in storage prior to my purchase in early 2024. This includes a 2.5k gearbox/torque converter flush & service,4 new tyres,both batteries replaced (genuine Mercedes),new spark plugs,brakes,window actuators,new track rods & suspension overhaul & obviously a full service. Prior to my ownership the ABC suspension has been serviced with new hydraulic pumps etc. Driven daily as these wonderful cars need to be to remain in good health. Panoramic glass roof opened every time I drive it, as is the suspension lifting system & both work as you would expect. Heated & cooled electric black nappa leather seats with the marvellous air scarf for the chilly days. Pristine paintwork & only point I'd mention is both the front alloys would need a light refurb if you're after a show car or that way inclined! Huge folder of service history & all receipts etc including original brochure I've owned many SLs over the years & this is one of the best & certainly not one of the usual unused & uncared for examples out there.
