Description
We are selling our 2006 VW Caravelle which we have owned since 2008, one previous owner.
It has been a terrific family vehicle, which has been well used, it has done 242k miles (on family holidays across Europe) and always starts first time.
A full 12 months MOT (no advisories) until 17 July 2026, two new Tyers and a new battery 18 months ago. We are only selling as it is no longer needed.

Some of the work that has been done over the years-
The large pile of paper in the photograph is most of the receipts including annual services, MOTs and other associated work. The water pump was replaced in 2010 and 2019. Also in 2019 the turbo was replaced and the engine and exhaust were steam cleaned, then in the same year the clutch & flywheel were replaced.
In 2021 the injectors were sent off for testing and subsequently replaced and along with an injector loom. There isn't a cam belt and the gearbox is absolutely fine. It is a SWB, it drives fantastic and runs well. It had a new Air con compressor in 2019 and a gates coupling. We actually have a spare coupling. It was re gassed a few years ago.
Both drive shafts were replaced, one in 2021 and the other in 2023. The amber lights are NOT a MOT issue and as stated one goes off when you lift the bonnet, they have been on for years. There are two keys, the MOT history is on the government website.
Please bear in mind that this is a 19 year old van, serious buyers only. Any questions please ask. Viewing in LA8 until 22nd July and then in S81 from 23rd July.
