Selling good running reliable car. Had this car for 6 and a half years, always kept in good running conditiin. Most of maintenance done myself, so no receipts as I have not kept them, but I keep records of what is done. See attached screenshot. Oil changed twice more often than recommend to keep engine and turbo in top condition, most of front chassis new, steering rack new, gear box seals replaced so no oil leaks. Recent oil change too so you covered for another year. I have not washed it for photos because it's raining today so you see it how it is. All 4 tyres are 4 seasons (or All season) tyres, front ones bought new December last year, so 7 months old. Runs and handles very well.
