Description

Excellent Condition Citroen C1 (2014) This Citroen C1 has been exceptionally well cared for. My mum purchased it brand new in 2014 and passed it down to me in 2018. It has been maintained immaculately from a mechanical standpoint and, aside from a few minor scuffs and scratches (as expected for a vehicle of this age), it's in excellent condition. There are no dents, and there never have been. The car has received a full annual service since new, and any advisories noted during MOTs have been immediately addressed. Most recently, new brake discs and pads were fitted following the latest MOTso you're effectively getting a freshly serviced vehicle with a clean fresh MOT and no advisories. We've always approached maintenance with caution and care. If a mechanic ever even suggested something might need attention in the near future, we took proactive steps to fix it straight away. For example, although the clutch was expected to last at least a couple more years, we had a brand new one fitted in early 2024 for peace of mind. Another point worth mentioning: in 2022, the exhaust holding bracket broke. While the exhaust system itself remained intact and functional, it did scrape the ground. As a result, we replaced the entire middle and rear sections of the exhaust with brand new parts. As my mum wanted to keep running costs low, the car was intentionally purchased with manual winding windows and traditional key-operated lockswithout a central locking system. This was a deliberate choice to avoid potential electrical issues. It's ideal for anyone looking for a simple, reliable setup with fewer components that could go wrong, offering peace of mind against unexpected electrical faults. Also, tax is only 20 pounds a year and fuel economy and insurance are incredibly good value. The interior is immaculate apart from one small burn mark on the drivers seat. Annoyingly, this is from my dad dropping a cigarette on one of the handful of times he's ever driven the vehicle. He hasn't even been on the insurance in recent years so smoking in the vehicle is completely negligible. If there are any questions please feel free to reach out. Offers will be considered.
