I have owned this fantastic Type R GT for nearly seven years, a record for me as a serial car enthusiast. It was bought from Honda Shrewsbury with less than 1,000 miles in December 2018, after being registered by them for the Dealer Principal in July 2018. The car has been fastidiously maintained and originally came with a Honda 5-year warranty & 5-year service pack. It has undergone six annual services, all performed by Honda North Wales in Llandudno, and currently shows 45,500 miles. Comes with lots of paperwork confirming its maintenance history, full logbooks, and a Type R brochure. The car has OEM floor mats and boot liner. The car is accident-free and has never been modified. It had a ceramic coating applied when purchased, and the paint remains in excellent condition. It has a few very minor stone chips to the bonnet but is otherwise blemish-free. The alloys have all been freshly expertly refurbished back to factory finish and look fantastic. The front tyres are new Michelin Pilot 4S and the rears are also 4S with 5-6mm tread remaining. The Michelins have a life about 3x that of the original factory Continentals, which were all dead after 8k. The first set of front Michelins covered 25k miles, and the rears 35k miles. The Type R is gentle on its tyres and does 40mpg on a motorway, that combined with the legendary Honda reliability, makes it an inexpensive car to own. The interior is virtually mint, only the driver's seat shows minor signs of wear, with a few small nicks to the steering wheel rim. The pictures show the impeccable overall condition. The interior is professionally treated and detailed regularly. The AC blows nice and cold since having the condenser replaced under warranty, a common fault with these.
