Description
Sadly, I am selling my superb car-TOY, AUDI TT MK2 convertible. The reason is, I got a second dog and I cannot drive with both of them anywhere anymore and hence I`m forced to use a family car.
I am using it for commuting to and from work and for a walks with dog. 95% of all my travel is on A27.
With the roof down (which btw works perfectly fine with no leaks), I enjoy the sound of purrrrr joy from the Milltek exhaust (stage 2- worth around 1.5k). With the roof up, nice Air-con (re-gassed a month ago so it's ice-cold) and BOSE sound system with Android. And on top of all pleasure.. the POWER.. this car is fast.. real beast. Traction control really has to work very hard to keep it under control in the sport mode, especially when using flappy paddles :)!! ..Darn it is fun to drive!
I know the previous owner and I know how much he invested in it and how the car was handled. He was selling only because a second baby was born..
None of us would let it go if not for changed circumstances:(
This car is in use only from spring till early autumn for the greatest joy of driving.
Some facts:
- Engine: 2.0 TFSI.

This is not a new car but was always well looked after (apart from tyres...). If anyone would like to check the history of MOT, You will find that for the last 6 years there is always advisory and is always and almost only TIRES.. But once you drive, and hit the accelerator, You will understand why :)
Now, to the bad things as I`m honest about the car and want to be clear what still may need doing
- The car occasionally miss-fires during start. This is a very common issue with Audi TT. There are plenty ideas and guides on how to fix it. It never bothered me.
- the driver's window automatically goes automatic down but not up. (holding button for few seconds never not really a hard job)
- this is a 2.0 petrol Audi engine and it likes oil- it should be topped
