Recent MOT passed with only 3 advisories. Drives smooth, no knocks or bangs from the gearbox, engine or any other location. No smoke or smells either from anywhere. Honestly it is a great all round car but I don't need two performance cars, so aiming to replace with a cheaper daily. One of the negatives worth highlighting is minor oil leak in the MOT. I've had it checked out and my mechanic has said the plastic oil sump, oil sensor and rocker cover needs replacing and has quoted 550. I have reflected this in the price and it's probably one of the cheapest if not the cheapest Mk7 GTI for sale. Don't let the mileage put you off, please come for a viewing if interested.
