1998 986 boxster 4100 ono 2.5 engine 125k miles Not using the car much now as i work from home, and want it to go somewhere that will get some great driving out of it. Mot until June 2026 Alignment just done IMS done by previous owner Updated glass window roof 2 keys In my ownership its had - 2x coffin arms - rear track arm - front discs/pads with updated caliper bolts - nearside radiator + pipes - 2x oil changes (done myself at 117 and 122k) - front top mount/bearing - updated wheels with fresh tyres (one is old but good tread, see below) - front sway bar + bushings - new handbrake sensor - replaced cv axel as old boot split - drop links on front and nearside rear - recent alignment + mot Comes with stacks of paperwork including the ims/clutch at ~80k. The prior owner replaced: - fuel pump - cats and exhaust in 2022 - steering rack - updated glass window roof - Lots of other items with papers Bodywork is good for the age, a few marks but nothing concerning. This car has done me very well and i will be sad to see it go. With the exhaust it sounds amazing, especially with the roof down! For transparency, if i was keeping the car id do the following: - Rear discs/pads: Current are fine, was going to replace as part of a refresh but I didnt get round to fitting the rears. Will include discs and pads in sale - New offside rear tyre (3 wheels came with 2022-2024 tyres, one is older with good tread, as per mot) - Slight oil leak (mot note) fairly sure this is a slight RMS weep which ive been told is quite common and as it isnt enough to drip (never left a mark on garage or drive), so can wait til it needs a clutch Other than these, I am happy with how it is right now to the best of my memory, though it is an older car so will require some maintenance items over time .
