2008 Mazda MX-5 NC Selling my 2008 Mazda MX-5 NC as spares or repairs. It has just failed its MOT and I don't have the time or space to sort it out, so it's going to someone who can either fix it up or use it for parts. MOT fail reasons / known issues: Check engine light on - diagnosed as faulty upper oxygen sensor, causing it to run rich and fail emissions test. Rear offside spring snapped. Headlights slightly foggy. Numerous dents, scratches and scrapes all over the bodywork General age-related wear on the exterior. The good bits: Structurally solid - no known rot or chassis damage. Roof in excellent condition - clean, watertight, no rips or leaks. Interior in excellent condition - very tidy seats, dash, carpets. Before the oxygen sensor fault, the engine started and ran well and was reliable. Wheels, brakes and tyres are good and not too old Mileage: 106,909 Gearbox: Manual. This car would make a great project for someone handy with a spanner, or could be a very good donor vehicle for parts given the condition of the roof, interior, and running gear. MOT consists of no majors so can be driven if picked up before the 18th August
