Timing chain replaced! Jaguar Land Rover 2.0 Ingenium engines are known to struggle with timing chain issues. To mitigate this Jaguar Land Rover redesigned the chain for all cars produced in 2019 and onwards, they increased the chain thickness and upgraded the chain guides. I have just had the chain replaced, upgrading it to the new chain ensuring risk free motoring. Great condition inside and out, runs smoothy, very nice to drive. No scuffs on the alloy wheels. Oil and filter changed 25/01/2025 Chain replaced with uprated chain 25/03/25 with two years warranty. All tyres have plenty of tread. Brake disks and pads recently done.
