Description
A lovely looking Mk2 1974 Triumph Stag in Mimosa Yellow, with the Chestnut Interior. She has the automatic 3 speed gearbox and the 3ltr Triumph V8 engine, which is an absolute dream to listen to when out driving.
She has done 88,000 miles and had a top section engine rebuild in 2020 and the engine runs very nicely. The Mistress as my wife has named her, has very nice chromed wire wheels, with the centre nut release, I also have the original Stag wheels, should you wish to put those back on and are included in the price.
She had a new soft top fitted in 2023 and I also have the original hard top, that came with the car and is included in the sale also.
She has been serviced on a regular basis during my time with her and has had a new starter motor fitted earlier this year. She comes with rear seatbelts, a rear seat area cover, which attaches onto a windbreak, which is fitted just behind the front seats, to the 'T' Bar.
The headlights have also been uprated, which gives really good vision at night. She has been kept garaged and dry. There are also battery isolation switches fitted to the battery for ease.
I have all the paperwork and service history for my time with this lovely old girl and some history before I was lucky enough to get her. I also have the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate for her.
I have really loved driving her and sadly only selling her because I'm going deaf (Can't blame it on the better half either) and a dodgy back, so I won't be able to enjoy that lovely burble as much as I have before. I have certainly spent a good amount of money on her in the past, but she's worth it.
I have included a photo of her when I first got her, which shows the hard top and original Stag wheels that were on her, when I got her.
