Description

I bought this already set up and to be used for off road adventures, so it does have some scratches and a small dent in the roof. I have used it for one or two times for towing a car transporter, but mostly for Greenlaning. I haven't used it on pay and play sites. The eagle eyed among you might recognise the arch in the background of the main photo - I live not far from Devils Bridge, Mid Wales. Extras include : Winch with 2 remote controls Rock sliders Raised air intake Rear coil dislocation cones Waffle boards Off Road tyres and rims x 5 Removable receiver tow hitch and recovery point Window air deflectors Slide opening tinted glass in back of body Front mounted ( bumper ) tow ball Maypole CB radio and antenna USB charging points in cab I've owned this Land Rover since 2017. I'm selling as it doesn't get used much these days and I've got other vehicles to fettle. I'm not in a mad rush to sell it but someone else might get as much fun out of it as I have. With the road based tyres and rims it drives smoothly on tarmac, with better mpg, and with the off road tyres it is unstoppable. The paint work is a one off custom type. Believed originally to be an ex-waterboard 110, it's proved to be easy to work on - maybe due to liberal use of copper grease. I've serviced the oil, fuel and air filters at the recommended intervals and used good quality engine oil. Everything works as it should. Except the lights on the roof bar, I just can't get them to work. No nasty knocks or rattles. It pulls like a train. The chassis was good when I bought it, it had a good protective coating. It's still okay as I've kept on top of things with Bilthamber rust treatment and good quality chassis paint.
