Reluctant sale of Melbourne Red M235i. Car has been in my ownership since purchase in Nov 2019. All in all it is still very fresh looking and in great shape for an almost 10 year old car. Space saver tyre and tolley jack is NOT part of sale as it will fit my replacement car, but I can confirm the 17" alloy spare does clear the larger M performance brakes. The BMW part number of the spare is 36110445045 if buyer wants to purchase one for their own use. In my ownership, a new valve cover gasket was fitted around 58k miles. These are known to warp in the N55 engine and allow small bits of oil to leak and burn on the manifold. I have also recently replaced the coolant return hose from the expansion bottle as the plastic end of these can corrode and blow off over time. All in all this has been a reliable car to run in my ownership. Only ever run on Super Unleaded in my ownership. Detailed by PMG Autocare at purchase and only ever washed by me since. The N55 sounds great with the M Perf exhaust and the car still gets many admiring looks even at 10 year old. Selling due to change in family circumstances which a couple cannot fulfil. Test drivers will need to have a valid licence and proof of insurance. Sale will require simple signed agreement of agreed price and declaration of sold as seen status to protect buyer and seller.
