Description

For sale is my 2016 Tesla Model S 90D facelift. This has been our family's pride and joy, bought to see if electric driving suited us. We loved it so much that both my wife and I have since moved to Performance models, so this 90D must go. The car has had major work completed by Tesla Specialist Birmingham, including a replacement high-voltage battery with 60,000 miles, external service, umbrella valves replaced, pyro fuse resealed with software reset, and AC drain relocated. It comes with a fresh MOT showing no advisories. THIS is the 90D model with ALL POSSIBLE UPGRADES AND ADD-ONS AVAILABLE. THE RICHEST VERSION AVAILABLE! It benefits from free, transferrable Supercharging (SC01) with CCS upgrade completed, free premium connectivity, free Spotify and onboard WiFi. Equipment includes Autopilot, adaptive cruise control, summon, air suspension with no leaks, premium audio, panoramic roof with sunroof, MCU1 and the cold weather package with heated steering wheel, mirrors and wipers. The car has 2dn generation seats all round, and the rear induction motor is the later design not affected by the common coolant leak issue. Important maintenance has already been addressed: all door handles replaced, both halfshafts replaced, and the front upper and lower suspension arms replaced. Brakes are good all around, the front tyres are nearly new and the rears have around 10,000 miles left. The car charges to 250 miles at full charge, which typically transfers to 200-220 miles of daily use, and 190-200 miles in winter with heavier driving. For honesty, the car was assigned Cat S back in 2018-2019 during the previous owner ownership. The main battery failed at around 118k miles and was replaced with a 60k miles 90D battery. Some of the body panels carry some signs of wear as you would expect form a 9 year old car. Cosmetically, the bonnet and front wings have motorway stone chips, there is a small dent on the bonnet tip and a slightly misaligned bumper clip which is quite common issue with older Teslas. The central screen has the common bubbling fault but remains perfectly usable, and one parking sensor occasionally plays up at low speeds. All of this is reflected in the price, which is already below Glass's, Autotrader and other guides, so no offers please. This is a well-sorted Model S with the rare benefit of free Supercharging for life, recent suspension and battery work completed, and many more years of motoring ahead.
