An average 4000 miles/year isn't a lot - especially for the Rover V8 engine. It has always been garaged, been driven regularly, and enjoyed, either burbling with the hood down in beautiful scenery, or listening to the exhaust echo in a tunnel. It has never been on a Track Day or similar and has been looked after; routine work has always been done - its full maintenance and service history documentation is available.
