Description
A rare opportunity to acquire a collector grade unmodified example of the legendary GP2, finished in its model-exclusive Thunder Grey with Chili Red accents. Imported from Japan in March 2023, this car has seen dry storage since arrival with one owner and remains in remarkable condition inside, outside, and underneath.
I have a fully clear Japanese HPI report verifying the mileage and that it is free from accidents, thefts, malfunctions or fire/water/hail damage and mileage confirmation. Also present is the auction grading from 18/02/2022 where it achieved the second highest possible grading of 4 for it's age & mileage (likely missed the highest grade of 4.5 due to the scuffed alloys as the bodywork is almost flawless) The interior grading was 'B' the second highest achievable level (very good slightest visible flaws) grade A is basically as-new which it's very close to!

Maintenance history & condition:
With 61,500 miles (In my opinion presenting more like a cherished 20k-mile example), this GP2 is must of the cleanest available. The paintwork is free from notable defects or signs of respray, and the interior—including the often-worn Recaro bolsters—shows minimal signs of use. The original alloys look to have never been refurbished (although do have some marks to the lips) and are shod with a matching set of Continental MaxContact tyres with excellent tread and no sidewall damage rounds off the package.
A few tasteful touches from the previous keeper include chrome mirror caps (in place of the original red) and the removal of the bonnet scoop decal—both of which can be reinstated
The service history is very strong, with five visits recorded between 2014–2020, averaging 9,400 miles between each. 'Special' cars in Japan are often incredibly well cared for and this example has had careful and consistent maintenance proven by the highly detailed service record sheets.
The authenticity and date of manufacture has been confirmed and documented as being the 19th of November 2012 by the Mini Cooper Register
