By far the best car I've ever owned. I have had the car personally for nearly six years, which is the longest I've ever had a car which shows just how much I've enjoyed this one. The primary reason for sale is I have run out of what I can claim for the car against tax through my business, it just won't pay to keep it any longer. The car is in good condition. Being a bit of a car buff, a lot of love and attention has gone into polishing and looking after this motor. The interior is immaculate like new. Nobody is allowed to eat in my car. No smoking, no pets. Overall impression when looking at the car is it looks great. Running cost, you really can't get much better. For a car that weighs the best part of two tones, the fuel economy is out of this world. Living in a hilly area and the worst I generally get, is 45 miles to the gallon around town. On a good run across town to Yeadon airport I have returned 62 miles to the gallon. Most motorway journeys return around 60miles to the gallon plus. The best I have ever achieved is 83 miles to the gallon, it is very impressive engineering. If you're only doing motorway driving like we've done on holidays, you could get the best part of 1000 miles on a tank. The gearbox is an absolute delight. Seating position and comfort of the car is designed for long journeys. The boot space is vast and this includes under boot storage as well. Maintenance costs are lower than most people would expect. Not only are the maintenance requirements minimal, mostly just oil and filter changes. The brake pads and discs seem to last forever. I have yet to change the front discs and brake pads and there is still half the thickness on the front brake pads. This also relates to how it's been driven. I like to think the Queen is sat in the back of my car, slow acceleration steady breaking equals less wear and tear. Plenty of tread on the front tires. Plenty of tread on the rear, although they will probably need replacing before the next MOT. The winter tyres on the rear have aged before they have run out of rubber. Sale of the car will include a set of rear summer Tyres, which have plenty of tread on. Part set of Mercedes AMG carpet mats. Wind deflector for the windows are included if you wish to fit them. Free tub of add blue additive. Road tax is the standard 195 quid. Reduced in price to sell, you will get value for money.
