For sale is my meticulously upgraded and maintained Civic Type R FK8 GT - a genuine enthusiast's build with over 12k spent in 2025 alone, focused on handling, durability, and driving feel.
I purchased this car around half year ago wanted to build a track-ready weekend car, but plans have changed as I have got another business sit and need to free up funds and get a diesel van for commuting and carrying building materials.
It's never seen a track and has been cared for with E5 fuel only by myself and previous owners. Milage 60000 but will slowly increase.
Most upgrades were installed and professionally inspected by Dream Automotive, the UK's top FK8 specialist. Mechanically and dynamically, this car is in another league.

The gear changing feeling smooth as butter, it will be the best one you ever tried.
With the upgraded chassis and bushings, this FK8 feels incredibly sharp and composed, similar to a GT3 in cornering feel - tight, communicative, and precise. The powertrain is untouched, running stock K20C1 for reliability, but would benefit hugely from a dyno tune if desired.
The fuel consumption is also incredible, I have got around 40mpg on motorway and 30+in town. It was amazing!
Everything working properly. No issues whatsoever. It's a car that is looked after.
And it still looks like in stock form.
