The vehicle is in excellent condition throughout. We are based in Felpham, Nr. Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This is a plug-in petrol hybrid, no longer being made by Mini. It has the feel and look of a classic Mini but is a surprisingly roomy and comfortable SUV with 4 wheel drive if required. Taking advantage of off-peak night-time charging rates it is extremely economical. We use a Wallbox Smart Type 2 Charger 7.4kw with a typical charge of approx 2 - 2.5 hours providing around 28 miles. It's less than a third the price of petrol and brilliant on short journeys but on longer / motorway journeys we typically achieve around 40 - 45 mpg depending on time of year / temp. Car Tax is currently 195 per annum. The vehicle was supplied by Chandlers Mini Dealer Worthing - now Group One. Officially there are 3 previous owners but this is not a true reflection. Our previous company - registered at our home address - leased the car from Alphabet, the leasing arm of BMW / Mini in the UK. They are the first owner. Only my wife has driven the car from new. At the end of the 3 year lease we purchased the car from Alphabet but HMRC rules prohibit a direct sale to a company Director. So we transferred the purchase money to a 3rd party / family friend, who "purchased" it and then "sold" the car back to us the next day. Hence he was the 2nd owner. We are the 3rd owner but in reality there are no other owners or drivers from new. We are able and willing to provide a Statutory Declaration to attest to these facts and any other documentation required including service and MOT invoices all in my name. The vehicle is available to view and test drive at any convenient time by agreement, however the sale is due to the acquisition of a new car on September 10 2025 and September 6 2025 is the earliest collection date!
