Having owned my lovely Porsche 911 (997) 2007 Carrera S Cabriolet for the last 3 1/2 years, sadly the time has come to say goodbye, as I am no longer driving her enough to justify keeping her. It is a sought after 997 model with a manual gearbox, rear wheel drive, pushing out 355 Bhp. Excellent and well maintained, in metallic Atlas grey - which in the light looks dark blue/black - with a grey leather interior, this vehicle has a service history, and has undergone a significant amount of maintenance work. It drives beautifully and sounds amazing, even more so when the sports exhaust is activated. The PASM active suspension unit has been upgraded with a DSC control unit, which allows for greater dynamic range and control - even in sport, it is comfortable enough for the road, but gives much sharper response. The original control unit is included and can be swapped back if desired (it is plug and play). The heated seats and wind deflector make driving with the hood down a joy throughout the year. It has rear parking sensors, the BOSE stereo upgrade and the original PCM unit has been upgraded with a bluetooth module which connects easily to multiple mobile phones and can stream audio. It has a Rennline iPhone bracket with wireless charging, rear parking sensors, and the side lights and side indicators have been upgraded to LED units (the originals will be provided with the car and can be swapped back). An outdoor car cover will be provided, along with a rare carry bag for the wind deflector. A new clutch was fitted at 54,389 miles. It was last serviced in November 2024. A new battery was fitted in January 2025.The next MOT is due by 26 January 2026. It is a late first generation 997, registered in March 2007. 66,307 miles.
