Classy badge, roomy inside, goes like a whippet with a tailwind, and it's got all the gear without being flash. Now don't be put off by that Elegance name, sounds like it should come with a butler and a glass of fizz? but what we've got here is a solid, hard-working bit of kit. Built like a tank but drives like a ballerina. Smooth. Responsive. Like Mark Ramprakash but with boot space. Under the bonnet? 2.0-litre hybrid job, petrol and electric, working as a team like Freddie and Goughy in their pomp. You'll be cruising round town or down the M6, saving fuel like a tight Yorkshireman on holiday. And it's an automatic, so no faffing about with gears, just foot down and away you go. Inside? Ooh, it's lovely. Big comfy seats, proper soft-touch dashboard (you'll find yourself stroking it, don't be ashamed), and a touchscreen bigger than me telly.
