Bmw E30 325i Sport
Bought the car in 2009, done a restoration over the next year including the followings
-Full engine rebuild (piston rings, skimmed head, new gaskets throughout.
-Full respray including engine bay and boot
-Thousands spent with BMW buying nuts and bots etc as we put the car back together
-Upgraded suspension to Spax adjustable
-Sandblasted the break components then painted, rebuilt them
-Powder coating anything else that was put back on the car which wasn't new
-Gearbox rebuild to original spec with new clutch and flywheel
-Diff rebuild to original spec and powder coated
I spent a year doing the above works and regrettably a winter driving it about enjoying it after spending a year building it.
In 2011 I started my own business and ended up garaging the car for the next 14 years only taking it out for MOT and service. The engine has probably only done 2000 miles since it's rebuild
Over the last 5 years it's had the following
-Purple tag steering rack upgrade
-New genuine drive shaft
-New fuel tank
-New fuel pump
-BBS RS wheels
-Bonnet and wing respray
-Blaupunkt retro DAB / Bluetooth stereo
-New battery
-Private plate worth 1300 (E30 MRJ)
This is a genuine solid car! It does have a few light marks on it which occurred during storage but really is minor. It also needs a new gear knob as the leather has started coming away.
This car has started first time every time during the ownership of this car,
I'm after a C7.5 Audi RS6 performance so if anyone wants a PX I'll be open to a chat.
