Selling my daughters 2008 vw polo 5 door 1.2 manual petrol in black. 4 previous owners including my daughter who's owned it since January 2021. Unfortunately she was hit side on by another car who failed to stop. The insurance company wrote the car off because of damage to the sill, it is NOW classed as CAT S (see photos) AND WILL NOW NEED A NEW MOT. They didn't even come and look at it, just went by photos my daughter sent? She bought the car back from them and used it for a little while. The rest of the body work is in good condition The car still starts and drives, although there is a slight oil leak and there is an engine management light on the dashboard. The interior could do with a good clean, seats etc are in good condition for age of the car. The bodywork is in good condition apart from the driver's side doors and the sill.Trying to be as honest as possible. New vehicle forces sale. Any questions I will be delighted to answer
