2003 Volkswagen Golf Mk4 - 1.4 Petrol - 137,000 miles Reliable and practical Mk4 Golf with recent maintenance to keep it running well. The good bits; -Oil change, spark plugs, and battery all replaced this year. - New rear springs and shock absorbers fitted last year. - Two new ABS sensors fitted last year. - Cambelt and water pump replaced last year. - Centre exhaust replaced last year. The honest bits: :Aerial snapped off long before I had the car. : Occasional squeaks and ticks from age/wear. Interior fabric foam has degraded and slight damage. - AC not working. Drives well and benefits from key recent work, making it a solid runner despite its age. Will be genuinely sad to see it go but needs some TLC that I've not got the time for. This is the daily runner so mileage will change slightly.
