The arches and sills show the familiar MX-5 rust. Fortunatley the bodywork is untouched: no filler, no quick paint, no mystery welds. Body shops often prefer unmeddled original metal because it allows them to produce a long-term repair instead of guessing what's under a recent patch. You can tackle the rust once, to a standard you trust, and you'll have a shell that lasts longer than many "freshly repaired" examples.
This is a reluctant sale - purely for space reasons, the running gear is solid, and you still have 9 months of MOT to enjoy before booking a body shop.
