Description

Here for sale is a 2004 Audi TT 3.2 V6 that I bought to personally "do up" but in all honesty, I've had 8 of these now and I'm just a little bit over them and its not my cuppa tea anymore. The car runs and drives very well for how far I've driven it so far (not too far due to lack of MOT but a quick spin locally here and there). It's on fairly low mileage for its age with just 107k on the clock! And it's HPI clear and comes with two remote keys. The seats are ivory white and in nice condition and the heated function works. In the rear it has the rear seat delete kit, which on its own is worth a few quid. It also has aftermarket Wolfrace alloys, which are in need of a refurb but the tyres are good and all legal. As I said I've had many of these and it feels like it should, the power is there, it is brutally powerful and the box changes as it should, that said I would recommend a gearbox oil change for good measure. It failed its MOT on the handbrake, I suspect the cable has snapped as there is absolutely nothing there at all, it does nothing and travels all the way to the top with no resistance. There is also an engine light on but this can be reset for the test of course. It comes up saying "heat sensor" when I scan it with my cheap scanner. The body work is tired in places but still pretty straight, its one of them cars that looks good from far, but is far from good. Also needs the code for the stereo, I planned on putting an aftermarket one in so didn't bother me, but something to note - this can be done online for around twenty quid. All in all it's a car that's well worth saving for what it is and how rare they're becoming - I'd hate to have to break it for parts but if it doesn't sell or achieve the asking price I am afraid that is what I will have to do. Bare in mind the front bumper for one of these sell for around 500 pounds and the engine is worth around a grand, so it financially makes sense to break it for parts but I love these cars so would hate to see it happen. There is no service history for the car and no chain readings, though you're welcome to bring your own tool to read the chains should you wish to do so. No cold start rattle at all though. I can provide any prospective buyer with a walk round video via whatsapp if desired. Can be delivered anywhere in the country for a fee as I have a tow truck, but would need to be paid for first Sold as seen, as a trade sale as spares or repairs!
